1. Delivery times
In-stock products are usually delivered within 2–5 business days of the order.
Delivery times for made-to-order products may vary. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and confirmed after order processing.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment and depend on the delivery method, size, and weight of the order.
Orders over 100 € are eligible for free delivery.
3. Delivery methods
You can choose from several delivery options via Posti:
•Posti parcel: Pick up from the nearest Posti service point or parcel locker.
•Home delivery: Delivery directly to your door at an agreed time.
•Express delivery: Expedited delivery when possible (additional fees may apply).

4. Tracking and notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code from Posti, allowing you to monitor the delivery in real-time.
Posti will also notify you when your package is ready for pickup or when home delivery is scheduled.
5. Delivery areas
We deliver orders internationally.
6. Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up within the specified time and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for return costs.
Please contact our customer service if you cannot pick up your order on time.
7. Delivery issues and damages
If you notice that the package or product is damaged upon delivery, please file a damage report with Posti and contact us immediately.
