1. Right of return

• We offer a 30-day return policy for all products.
• The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all included parts.

2. How to make a return

1. Fill out the online return form below to receive instructions and a return reference number.
2. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging or a similar protective package.
3. Send the package to the following address: Kiviaidankatu, 00210 Helsinki, Finland.
4. Pay the return shipping costs using your chosen shipping service.
   
   

3. Return processing and refund

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order.
• Please note that your bank may take a few days to process the refund.

4. Return restrictions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Used or damaged products.
• Hygiene products (e.g., pillows, towels) after the packaging has been opened.

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange the product for a different size, colour, or model, place a new order and return the original product.

The new order will be delivered according to the usual delivery times.
