1. Right of return

• We offer a 30-day free return policy for all products.
• The return period begins on the day you receive your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all included parts.

2. How to make a return

• Complete the return form included with your package.
• Pack the product carefully with all its parts and packaging materials.
• Attach the return label (included in your package) to the outside of the package.
• Take the package to your nearest post office – returns are free of charge for you.

3. Return processing and refund

• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order.
• Please note that your bank may take a few days to process the refund.

4. Return restrictions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Used or damaged products.
• Hygiene products (e.g., pillows, towels) after the packaging has been opened.

5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange the product for a different size, colour, or model, place a new order and return the original product.

The new order will be delivered according to the usual delivery times.
